Tobias Upright is a Swiss multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter from Zurich, born and raised in the small town of Hausen am Albis. His music blends organic textures, groovy rhythms, and classic guitar tones, creating a sound that feels both fresh and timeless.
Tobias started his musical journey early, playing drums at age four, piano at nine, and, by 20, he had found his artistic voice through guitar and singing. Deeply inspired by the early work of John Mayer, he developed a passion for songwriting that reflects emotional honesty and strong musicality.
With a Master of Arts in Music, Tobias brings both technical depth and creative vision to his work. His singles Diamonds and Easy Boy showcase his signature style: soulful, groove-driven music that steers clear of overproduction in favour of raw, real performance.
