Henry Ray is a UK-based country rock artist blending gritty Southern roots with heartfelt storytelling and bluesy swagger.

Originally from the American Southwest, his sound reflects a transatlantic journey – born in the deserts of New Mexico, refined on stages across the US and UK supporting southern rock legends such as Blackfoot, Molly Hatchet, and Buffalo Springfield. With influences like ZZ Top, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and Chris Stapleton, Henry’s music channels the raw honesty of Americana with the drive of classic rock.

His 2024 EP This Old Thing – featuring standout tracks like Whiskey Bottle, The River, and Long Way Down – tells stories of heartbreak, resilience and redemption, wrapped in slide guitars and smoky barroom soul. Known for his high-energy live shows with his band El Toro, Henry Ray has earned a growing reputation across the UK’s grassroots music scene. This year alone, he’s brought his sound to Marshfest, Home Farm Fest, and the Keynsham Music Festival, with national airplay on UKCountryRadio.com and Rock Rage Radio Nashville.

Currently working on his follow-up EP 57, due in September 2025, Henry continues to carve out a sound that’s unmistakably his – honest, road worn, and soul-deep.
