“Goldmine” is Chris Green Project’s third album and was launched at the UKCountryRadio.com 2013 Listeners’ Club Award Final. The album contains old country, new country, and some tracks pushing the boundaries of country music. From the tender ballad ‘Little More Time’ to the hard facts of real life on ‘Train Don’t Stop’ and the true story of Wild Bill Hicock in ‘Good Gambler’ this album captures the spirit of American country music

Chris Green is lucky to be alive! After three serious open heart operations, the last one in 2011 by Europe’s leading heart Professor at Birmingham’s Queen Elizabeth Hospital. This gave Chris the idea to write a song based on his heart valve replacement when he later discovered it was made in Austin, Texas. This great catchy song ‘Little Bit of Texas’ is also on the new ‘Goldmine’ album.
