THE DARREN HARRIS BAND was formed 30 years ago and in that time have gained a well-deserved reputation for their high standard of playing both rock ‘n’ roll and country music. The band is based in the Barnsley area of South Yorkshire but over the years have appeared at many venues throughout the north of England as they have become very well known.

The band is made up of lead singer and rhythm guitarist Darren Harris (who performs solo as Darren Knight) and his father Andrew is lead guitarist, giving a strong family link. Adding further experience is Tony Benson on bass, Graham Clare on drums and Neil Tingle on keyboards.

While their staple music is rock ‘n’ roll and country, they are always happy to play any type of music that their audience requests.
