Ellie Marie, the Bristolian cowgirl, is a singer-songwriter, who is carving out her space in country music with heartfelt lyrics, modern melodies, and a voice full of soul.
She grew up with a love of storytelling and music, teaching herself to write and perform songs that explore life, love, heartbreak, and everything in between. With influences like Shania Twain and Taylor Swift, Ellie fuses the energy of Nashville with a uniquely British honesty.

Her debut EP ‘No Need For Words’, released in January 2025, marked her arrival on the scene – earning her a growing following across the Southwest, where she has become a regular on local stages.

In July 2025, Ellie released Rock Bottom. The song is about that gut-punch moment when you see the person who broke your heart for the first time after the breakup and realise you’re still standing in the wreckage. It’s something everyone will be able to relate to. The track was the first to be released from the EP Don’t Take It To Heart which was released in August 2025.

Whether it’s a song about watching an ex dance with someone new, or finding your strength in heartbreak, Ellie’s music is raw, relatable, and unapologetically personal. She writes for the late-night thinkers, the long driver dreamers, and anyone who has ever had to walk away carrying their guitar and their story.
