LISA STANLEY is fast becoming one of the most recognised new faces on the country music scene throughout Ireland and the U.K. This is largely due to her weekly appearances as co-presenter on the hugely popular Phil Mack Country Show. Lisa has a great musical pedigree, her parents Irish showband legends Maisie McDaniel and Fintan Stanley, so Lisa was quite literally born into show business. Although Lisa has been a well known entertainer on the Irish music scene for quite some time now, her popularity alongside Phil Mack and Glenn Rogers has brought her career to a whole new level, especially in the U. K. where she is a new face on the scene."
Today, Lisa is getting ready for the next phase of her young career. With her first album "Lisa Stanley Sings The Hits Of Maisie McDaniel" in the shops and selling well, Lisa has just released her second studio album “Love Me A Little Bit Longer", the title track of this album is already getting rave reviews on radio across Ireland and The U.K. The album also features the biographical song "Walking In My Mother's Footsteps", and “We’ve Got Tonight” on which Lisa duets with the fantastic Glenn Rogers, her co-presenter on The Phil Mack Country Show.
2012 looks set to be a very bright year indeed for Lisa Stanley as she will tour Britain and Ireland with the Phil Mack Country Show Live Music Weekends and Live Tours, which will feature stars like Raymond Froggatt, Charlie Landsborough, Sandy Kelly, Brian Coll and Larry Cunningham to name but a few. Indeed, she has recently got the year off to a flying start with no fewer than three prestigious awards “Vocalist of the year 2012”, “Contribution To Country Music Through Media” and “Most Requested Female Singer” from the Irish Entertainment Industry.
