  • Dan Marshall is a singer /songwriter from Sault .Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada. In the early 1990's, he formed the Dirt Roots Band which backed up likes of The Allman Brothers, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Molly Hatchet, and Blue Oyster Cult. In 1994 the band was re-named The Dan Marshall Band and they headlined the Katie Beers Benefit Concert with Rage Against the Machine. After seven years of touring and playing live gigs the Band released its self titled EP in 1998. The CD did extremely well on college radio and in Europe. The songs Rave n Roll and Two Kinds of People were in the top forty on several stations from 1999 through 2001. In 2001 they released a live CD,"Live at Penn State" that truly captured the essence of their blistering southern blues/rock attack.

    Tom Petrone lives in New York and has over 25 years of music experience ranging from live performance to studio engineering. Tom's studio, Vortex Recording, has handled many music and film projects over its 20 year existence. Tom plays live on a regular basis in the New York Metro area, and has performed for such celebrities as Rudy Guiliani and singer songwriter Paul Anka, who he shared a stage with to raise money for a New York tri-state telethon. Tom records and writes in the studio on a daily basis. Tom was one of the key members of the Trees, they won best New York State band in 1991 in the Marlboro Music Talent Roundup. They went on to be Nashville finalists.
